Tallymile Privacy Policy

Effective September 29, 2026

This policy explains how NDNA Innovations Inc. (“we”, “us”) handles information in Tallymile, our mileage log for iPhone.

The short version

Your content

Your trips, vehicles and settings are stored on your iPhone. Tallymile has no account and no server, and trips are never uploaded.

What the app asks to use, and why

When you export your mileage log, the file goes only where you send it, for example to your accountant by email.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple tells the app that a purchase was made so it can unlock it. We don’t receive your name, email address or payment details. Apple’s own privacy policy applies to your App Store account.

Information Apple may share with us

If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may give us crash reports and usage statistics. Apple provides these without identifying you. We use them only to fix problems.

Backups

Content stored on your iPhone can be included in your iCloud or computer backups, depending on your own settings. Those backups are handled by Apple or by you, not by us.

Children

Tallymile is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Your rights

Because Tallymilekeeps your trips on your iPhone, you control them: deleting the app deletes its data. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, or have any question about your privacy, contact us and we’ll respond as required by Canadian privacy law.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and its effective date. If a change affects what Tallymilecollects, we’ll say so here before the app update that makes the change.
